May 4th, 2019
The North Texas 1600 is an all-comers meet for athletes to race on May 4th, 2019 in Southlake, TX!
This is a non-UIL event (that means no team kits for the race), all ages are welcome, and we will post registration shortly. All runners, boys and girls, will be seeded by their 1600/mile person bests.
This event is held in Southlake, Texas at the end of the track & field season as an opportunity for runners to chase fast times and personal bests. Since the state of Texas is extremely competitive and the qualification for post-season racing leaves out extremely fast and talented runners - we wanted to give athletes the chance to race against high level competition while they are at peak fitness. The North Texas 1600 showcases boys and girls from around the DFW Metroplex and is continuing to grow in size and competitiveness.
